Truly Flexible Daycare
This is a warm and loving home for your children to grow and learn. I am a Child and Youth worker with over eleven years of experience with children and truly love opening my home to them every day.
I am currently looking for one child. I am interested in the following ages in order to help create friendships and playmates for my current children.
- 16 months of age in June (give or take 2-3 months).
- Two to two and a half years in June,
- A child entering Williamson Road Public school (afternoon program) only in September.
I have a dynamic program to include all of the most important aspects of childhood: Fun, Physical Activity, and Education. The curriculum follows bi-weekly themes such as Spring, My Family, Bugs and Butterflies, and Safety. Every theme includes ALL of the following
-Circle Time
-Fun Group Games
-Art Activities
-Preschool Science Experiments
-Educational Games and Activities to Learn: Shapes, Colours, Numbers, and Letters
-Activities to Build Motor Skills
-Songs and Rhymes
-Role Playing and Make Believe Play
-Specialized Activities for Young Toddlers and Babies
-Vocabulary Lists for Speech Development
-Outdoor Activities and Outings to the Library, Drop-in Centers, and the Park
-Theme Based Books and Story Time
-Free Play
Specific activities are planned according to the children attending. This enables me to plan to your child's needs and abilities in order to build their confidence, enhance their development, and peak their interest.
