I run my home daycare out of the main floor of my house which is very spacious and bright. Before becoming a daycare provider I was a nanny for many, many years.I have a Bachelor of Social Work however my enjoyment of working with children led me to a career in childcare.
I have 1 full-time (will consider part-time) spot available this September (possibly August) for a child who is 2-5 years old.
We usually spend our mornings out at the park and on walks (weather permitting).
We also enjoy a weekly visit to the library. The children love the Rocket Ship library (S. Walter Stewart).
The children are kept occupied with story time, circle time (we love to sing), colouring, games, puzzles and playdough.
I am CPR and First Aid Certified, I have excellent references and most importantly I love my job.
