My name is Jennifer I have been running my own home daycare now for 2 years now but my experience with daycare is more extensive then that as i also grew up in a home daycare environment. I am a single mom also with a 9 year old boy.I took the Child and Youth worker coarse while i attended college as well.
I offer a free play program to promote learning of all kinds of natural ways. I have a full playground just out my back door with a smaller structure for smaller children to play on closer to my house. we do seasonal arts and crafts along with lots of coloring. we will also plant gardens in the spring. I do a lot of talking about food and healthy eating with the children as well. We also encourage free expression through dance, and play acting. Physical activity is also encouraged through cooperative sports such as soccer and basket ball when the weather permits. There are pets here as well but at the moment they are a bird and fish. references available upon request
Admission conditions
My fees are
full day $35
half day $25
before and after school $20
all pd days and holidays are charged at full day rates
I take holidays the first full week of July, the last week of August, and between Christmas and New year's
I also expect pay for 10 days of sick leave a year
children if attending school must attend Bridlewood,Roch Carrier or St. Anne's
