Home daycare. Full time spaces only. We play games, do puzzles, do arts and crafts, put on puppet shows and dramas, sing songs, do science experiments and much more. We go outside every day (weather permitting). Three mornings a week we go to playgroup at the local community centre, which gives the kids an opportunity to get used to being around a larger number of kids, while still spending most of their day in a quieter environment. I take only 3 full time kids aside from my 2 year old.
I provide a healthy lunch, two snacks and milk or water throughout the day.
We have a non-smoking home. We have cats, but they are not allowed in the daycare area.
Always ensure that your child receives quality care by taking the time to investigate the provider and by asking for references! We simply cannot verify the claims of every daycare provider.
