I am a home daycare provider for over 17 years now and I still absolutely love it. I have my Early Childhoood Education diploma from Algonquin College, as well as, my first aid and CPR and police check. I follow the guidelines in the Day Nurseries Act and I am a member of the CCPRN (Child Care Providers Network).
I am fluently bilingual but I speak French to the daycare children (if they don't understand I repeat in English) as my program is geared to the child who is French or who's parents want him/her to learn French.
My playroom is on the main level and has several large windows. We are close to many parks and I offer snacks and lunches that follow Canada's Food Guide. I offer the children choices where possible and provide them with a place that is safe, fun and promotes sharing and teaches positive social skills and more!
