I am a mother of a 2yr. old boy who is looking to have 1-2 children (or a sibling group) join our days of fun and discovery. We don't have a strict schedule, but we do keep ourselves busy everyday by attending Strong Start, drop-in Gym Time at the Leisure Cntr.,Local Library, Various Parks, Swimming Pool and occasionally go on "Fieldtrips" to the beach/museum/indoor playground/ or any other current happening-like the pumpkin patch. When we are at home, we read a lot, listen to music/sing/dance (music is big part of our life), try to play on our "Melissa and Doug" instruments, get creative with blocks or do crafts and other fun things!
I have an Infant/Child First Aid and CPR, Foods Safe, Valid and clean DL. I am a volunteer with New Westminster Police Service, so I have my Criminal Record Check done by the department every 6 months. Before I chose to become a stay at home mom, I was a youth counselor and a daycare co-ordinator.
I am not only looking to provide a safe, warm and fun environment for your child, but a home away from home. |
