In order to ensure all children have their needs being met I commit to the children and parents, to use my knowledge of child development, to include children in all activities by planning and supporting developmentally appropriate programming for each individual child. I will respond to all children as well as trust and value parent’s suggestions. I respect diversity and value all children and their families. I believe that play should child-directed, and offer a variety of toys, books and materials that are in good repair, and opportunities for creative activities and exploration. I will ensure that space is available for quiet time or naps, offer nutritionally sound meals and snacks, maintain sanitary conditions for food preparations, diaper changes and bathroom facilities, while giving an adequate amount of supervision to the children. Please note, your children will be walking to JD school morning and afternoon. In some cases taken by car due to poor weather conditions.
