SHAUNNA HAND DAYHOME INFORMATION:
PAY SCHEDULE & RATES:
My fee is paid by two options:
Once a month or every two weeks. Both must be paid in advance.
I accept cheques or cash.
Receipts given every month.
RATES:
My rates are between $300.00 & $775.00 depending on age, part time or full time.
HOURS OF OPERATION:
Monday through Friday 6:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M.
I do expect a call if you are going to be late.
STATURATORY HOLIDAYS:
I am not available for stats as I don’t take time off for holidays.
HOLIDAYS TAKEN BY PARENTS:
I do not deduct money from fee for this time off, as I am still available to work.
SICK CHILDREN:
I will take them at my discretion.
DROP OFF AND PICK UPS FOR SCHOOL AGE:
If the weather conditions are poor, they will not go.
INCREASE OF FEE:
If any increase in fee, I will give one months notice.
Increase will happen for school children in summer months.
FIRST AID AND POLICE CLEARANCE:
Completed and up to date.
SAFETY:
Is my number one priority. We have three emergency exits and smoke detectors on all levels.
DAILY SCHEDULE OF CHILDRENS TIME SPENT IN MY HOME:
DROPS OFFS:
All children get dropped off at the back door and have their own coat hook with name tag.
(Just to have a start at what kindergarten or playschool looks like).
Once all children are dropped off we have breakfast together. Everyone has their own spot,
Coloured bowl, dish and cup. When finished we all wash up and start the day.
9:00 Circle time in playroom starts and stretches.
9:15-9:40 We sing songs, dance and play time with toys, and for those that can, we do flashcards ( numbers, letters and colors).
9:45 Tidy up.
10:00 Wash up, then snacks (healthy choices).
10:30 Back to playroom for reading, coloring and crafts.
11:55 Tidy up.
12:00 Lunch time(healthy choices and many homemade foods).
1:00-2:15 Nap or quiet time. Everyone has their own spot to nap(special blanket and stuffy provided).
2:15 Up and at em !!!
Playtime or outside play (weather permitting).
3:30 Snack time.
3:45-4:15 T.V Time (½ hour only).
4:15 Clean up playroom and get all crafts projects ready for parents to see when they pick up.
If there are any issues or concerns I may have, I will discuss them with you before the children come up.
SOME OF THE MEALS SERVED:
BREAKFAST: Fresh bagels, fruit, eggs and toast. Juice or milk
LUNCH: Homemade mini pizza’s, soup and sand, chicken, potatoes and veggies.
Beef stir fry.
SNACKS: Fresh fruit and veggies, yogurt, raisins, apples and sauce, crackers& cheese. |
