Hello Parents,
My Name is Pankaj Chopra. I am doing Home daycare for the past eleven years. I am a qualified Early Childhood Educator. My personal philosophy and strengths are listed below:
My Philosophy
I believe that children learn through play and appreciate an established routine. My goal is to provide a safe, warm, creative, nurturing, happy and healthy environment, which enables children to grow and develop as unique and healthy individuals.
I believe that parents are the child’s first teachers and so I strongly encourage parent involvement. I have a commitment to develop relationship of mutual trust with the families, to respect the dignity of each family, each families child rearing values and their right to make decisions for their children, to interpret each child’s progress and to help families understand and appreciate the value of developmentally appropriate early childhood programs.
I believe if we teach the children, they can do better and their knowledge can be more than their actual developmental level. My focus is on development and enrichment of the “whole child” which involves meeting the developmental needs of every child as he or she grows socially, emotionally, cognitively and physically. Children learn to respect and appreciate themselves as well as others and the world around them.
