I am a trained teacher with over 20 years experience teaching English Language, Art & Music. I also have some years working in a Montessori setting. I'm a mother with many years of experience raising children and doing childcare. My daughter who assists me with the Daycare from time to time is a trained Montessori and Public school teacher.
I enjoy doing water colours, play dough, crafts and educational activities with Toddlers and Pre-School children. I enjoy singing with the children, playing musical instruments and bringing a story to life. Infants and Children will receive specialized care in an innovative learning environment.
I use environmentally safe cleaning products in my home which is a smoke free and pet free environment.
I have available space for one infant and / or one or two Toddlers / Pre-School Children, Part-Time or Full-Time.
I charge $45 for a full day which would be 9 hours or more. Under 9 hours would be $5 per hour.
I offer a warm lunch and snacks individualized to fit each child's needs.
My home is close to Lincoln Alexander and Ashton Meadows Park and School. I like to take the children for walks to see the ducks, the geese and the blue herons at the pond near us.
