Hello,
My name is Nicole and I am a Family Day Care provider with a five year old daughter in full time Grade 1. I have completed multiple Early Childcare workshops & am currently finishing my ECE certificate.
My licensed group daycare provides a fun learning environment for children with a balance of structured learning and free play activities through out the day. The day care is located in a great neighborhood in Maple Ridge , in between Alexander Robinson Elementary and Kanaka Elementary. My family home provides a safe loving environment where children can explore, learn and play!
Healthy homemade meals and snacks are provided as part of my service. Each week I provide outings to parks, libraries, Smart Start programs and other community spaces. Children spend time everyday outside in our large fully fenced backyard playspace. I also do crafts, storytime, play early learning games and activities to build pre-Kindergarten skills. I have an exstensive background in Dance, so we do lots of learning through song, music and movement. We work on 123's, ABC's, tying laces, zipping zippers, baking, cleaning up, sharing, communication and manners.
