In addition to completing a “Home Childcare Provider Training” program with the COSTI Education Centre, I have training in First Aid and C.P.R. All relevant background (police) checks have been completed and I have an immunization record for all my childhood and current inoculations.
I am dedicated to providing children with a safe and loving atmosphere where they can grow and learn while having fun. We have a fully renovated, fun, bright basement that is entirely dedicated to childcare. We also have a large, fenced-in backyard and a park nearby. Our home is situated in an enclave ensuring very little vehicle traffic during the day.
I provide the children in my care with a well-balanced and nutritious meal plan that complies with “Canada’s Food Guide”. Moreover, I focus on keeping the children busy with learning and play that enhances Social, Physical, Emotional and Cognitive development.
In addition to operating the homecare for 5 years, I have over ten years of volunteer experience in working with young children. Moreover, I have excellent references, and have attached them for your consideration.
I have one opening for full-time care and one opening for before and after school care starting on September 01, 2014.
