Hi, my name is Amber Pitre.
I am a 32-year old mother, piano teacher, and Kindermusik educator and I'm changing careers! My husband works on-call, and I understand how hard it is to find affordable child care for extended hours. My 2-year old daughter and I would love to have you join us in our home.
Music and movement is what our daily routine is all about! I will use songs and activities that are proven to enhance your child's development in every aspect: Musical, Cognitive, Language, Spatial, Social, and Motor Skills. We will also have crafts, toys, art, exercise, baking days, story time, free time, etc. And we love to spend all morning outside, when the weather permits.
I have first aid and child CPR, a police check, and I can provide character references. I have been teaching music to children ages 0-12, one-on-one and in groups, for the last 7 years. I have been caring for children since I was 8 years old.
All ages are welcome.
I will take a maximum of 5 children at a time.

This is a non-smoking home. We have a dog who will be separated from your children at all times. He is in the house on weekends, though, so no pet allergies please.
My home is small, but we will use our space well.
