I have been in childcare for as long as I can remember. I have been running my own private dayhome for approximately 4 years.
It doesn't happen often, but I currently have space available for one full time child!!!
The age that I think would be appropriate match with the current ages of the children I do care for is 3-5 yrs of age. (Although I would accept any age :)
I do after school pick ups as well at my sons school, Capitol Hill Elementary.
We walk each day and play at the park and have picnics ...even in the snow!!!
This space will not last.
So if you have been second guessing your current childcare situation, or its time for you to go back to work :( , now is your chance to be sure your child is in an environment that is happy and fun and full of noise and laughter!!! I have MANY wonderful references available, anytime.
