I am the mother of 3 beautiful children. I have been working with children and individuals with disabilities since I was 18. I have my ECE, first aid and have worked in many environments. I have taken many courses throughout the years and have also taught many workshops. I worked in group homes with special needs adults and teens, as well as taught night school. We have also provided families with respite care in our home. Our family has also hosted many students from different parts of the world. I have worked in daycare and preschools and was the manager of some of these facilities.
I have just previously been working within the School district as an Educational Assistant for 12 years and spent my last 3 years there working with children who have little to no speech from K - grade 12 and mentoring my peers.
My decision to start a home based childcare came when I was unable to find the quality of childcare that I wanted for my own children and I knew I would be able to provide families with that quality care for their children.
I have always had a love for children and others so this decision was an easy one! I look forward to meeting you and your family!
Admission conditions
I only have one space available starting June or July 1, 2012. The daycare fee is $800.00/month. I am open 7:30 - 5:00. We have 2 family dogs that are not in the daycare space, but the children may have contact with them from time to time.
