Hi, my name is Gillian, I have been a Child Care professional for over 15 years, I received my training and qualifications in Scotland and have worked in many home and daycare settings over the years, most recently running a successful home daycare for 4 1/2 years in Oakville where we moved from.
I have 2 gorgeous sons, a 5 year old who attends SK at Bridlewood School and a 13 month old. I am very excited to be using all my skills and expertise to run a home daycare again here in Kanata.
I provide a warm welcoming environment that will enable children to feel safe, secure and to have lots of fun.
Indoor play that includes a variety of toys and activities to encourage children to explore and to learn. Lots of songs, stories, crafts and more. Large focus on ABCs, 123s, colours, shapes and everyday social skills. Outdoor play in large fenced in back yard and outings to local parks.
Healthy and nutritious meals and snacks provided and based on the Canada food guide.
Overall a fun and happy place for your child to spend their day!
