I have been fortunate to provide care to families in NW Calgary for over 10 years. I offer a developmentally appropriate, play based program in a warm and caring family environment. Only 1 of my children is still at home with me during the day.
I maintain current CPR, First Aid, police clearances, and have my level 1 child care certificate. I have a Bachelor of Fine Arts, including several courses on teaching art to children and 2 years of developmental psychology.
All Meals and snacks are included and are healthy, real food choices, following the Canada Food Guide. Daily outdoor play and exercise take place in my very well equipped backyard with a water table, garden, sand box, monkey bars, play house, and 3 slides, and area parks and playgrounds.
My indoor dedicated day home space is large and well equipped with toys for all interests, and is tv free. In winter we bring out the indoor play house and ball pit.
