My facility is ran out of my house, which is walking distance to Portage Park as well Little Mountain Elem. The children are not trapped in one room all day and they have the almost the whole house to play in. Plus I have a larged fully fenced yard. I'm totally into the arts, so we do plenty of crafts (usually educational, or messy lol), aswell we'll always be outside as long as the weather is nice... hiking/nature walks. Field trips often. I always keep a clean environment, everything sanitized and always make sure kids clean their hands properly ( posted hand washing routine). I have my first aid which includes CPR and food safe. Ten years experience in childcare.
