I am a loving mother of three young kids (ages 6, 3.5 and 2) and I could not be any closer to the St. Luke's and Lester B Pearson School, as my driveway is right across from the entrance of St. Luke’s School. I currently walk my son to school so I can offer safe escorting back and forth to school for before and after school care if that is required.
Outdoor Activities: Fenced in yard with lots of outdoor activities, picnics, toys (enclosed trampoline, sandbox, playset, water toys, bikes, little tikes climber, etc), building snowman or tobogganing, sidewalk chalk, bikes, bubbles, and lots of walks to tons of parks within walking distance.
Indoor Activities: Lots of books, education games and fun crafts (painting, colouring, stickers, chalkboard, cut and pasting, special theme day crafts such as xmas, easter, mother days to name a few), song and dance time, lots of indoor toys for kids of various age ranges from infant to older boys and girls (animals, blocks, cars, train table, barbies, dolls and dollhouse, kitchen set, sports related toys) there is the wii and xbox kinect for special treat days and a bouncy castle as well for the wee ones. We also love to do some baking.
I provide healthy and nutritious snacks and lunch and keep a daily journal for each child so you know how well they ate, how they napped, something new they may have learned, etc.
My home is absolutely smoke free, but we do have 2 cats who are very child friendly and normally keep to themselves. I am also CPR and First Aid Certified and Police check available upon request.
I will provide receipts on an annual basis upon request (or more often if you prefer). |
