Smiles and Chuckles is a License Not Required Family Daycare. I have my business license and am in the process of becoming a Registered daycare. This will be complete before I open September 1, 2011.
As the eldest child of 5, I have always loved being surrounded by children. I started out as a nanny at 21 and fell in love with caring for children. Now that I am a mother, I am so excited to offer 2 spots in my own daycare starting September 2011.
Not only do I provide love and fun to all of the children in my care, I also teach about our wonderful world! Each month we will learn about a new country. We will learn in song, dance, cooking, basic language, reading stories and crafts. We will also be caring for a small garden where the children will learn about bugs, dirt, veggies and more!
At Smiles and Chuckles Learning Centre, I strongly believe that it is through play that children learn best. I feel it is my role to provide quality, interesting and stimulating materials and equipment to facilitate this play. I provide materials that meet a range of developmental levels. This creates an environment for each child to grow and learn at their own rate, because each child is different and therefore grows and learns in their own unique way.
$900 per month fee includes all snacks, drinks, craft supplies, and any activities we decide to do. |
