I foster an environment that places emphasis on individual charactor development. Achievement of this reached through a variety of mediums such as; daily circle time, weekly themed learning units, with mediums such as arts and crafts, music, creative play. weekly field trips to parks, , swimming and library are just a few of the activities we undertake. I provide 2 hot meals, and 2 snacks per day, all following the Canada food guide lines. Age approporiate activities are encouraged. I have successfully operated my day home for just over 25 years and am proud to say that no child has ever been injured while in my care. I have an 900 sq foot play area solely for the children in care , as well as a private entrance and parking for my families. I encourage a healthy working relationship with my families, one that is mutually respectful and nurturing. "It really does take a whole village" is one of my strongest beliefs!
This is a non smoking household and pet-free. My Hours of care are from 7:00-5:00 Monday thru Friday. Yearly event planners are in effect.
Admission conditions
Must have AHC and current immunization records. A $100.00 registration fee applies should you wish to start your child within a 30 day period.
