I have plenty of excellent references, a clear police check, and a background in child psychology/development.
Day care is your child's first classroom, and we capitalize on every chance to provide learning in a fun and structured way. Children participate in age-appropriate games and activities, as well as access to free-play with appropriate toys. Creativity runs wild with regular craft activities, singing, dancing, and story time. Our days always include healthy snacks and a wholesome lunch, as well as time for quiet, individual play. And that's just a regular day!
There is so much to learn about the world for these little minds, and of course you want them to experience it all! We offer theme days that are based on holidays, seasons, animals, the earth, numbers, letters, stories, and so much more. Children can participate in show and tell activities, science activities with bugs, plants, and weather, as well as regular outings to local parks (weather permitting). We have a fenced yard as well as a larger play area where children can run, play, and explore while being supervised by someone who truly cares about their safety.
