We have a very fun, educational and busy day here. Each day is based on a theme, ie: Mondays are games day with prizes, Tuesday is Professional Face Painting, Wednesday is exercise day, Thursday is craft day and Fridays are Movie and Popcorn days. I've been with Waterloo Regional Police for 17 yrs, after my daughters were born in 2000/2001 I realized that I wanted to return to childcare as I knew I had a gift when interacting with children. I have now been providing care for several families over the last 6 years and have had wonderful experiences with so many lovely children. I have happy and satisfied parents who feel at ease knowing their children are well cared for. We have 2 cats and a couple of pups. We also learn how to put on plays with my puppets "gramma, grampa and billy", we have outdoor treehouse, slides, ride on toys, learning time, songs and walks to the park. I rarely have to give time outs as usually the children here get so many "treats" or "prizes" that they tend to work very hard for them. But if there was an issue for a time out...a simple sit down in a quiet spot usually solves the issue at hand. If you have any more questions...please do not hesitate to ask.
