I am a loving mother of 2 beautiful children, my son is 5 and my daughter is almost 11. I am very reliable and caring and offer lots of hugs and kisses so your child will feel right at home! We are walking distance to W.T. Townshend P.S. in the Activa subdivision.
My home daycare is an extremely allergy-friendly one due to my own son's allergies.
What I can offer your child, that not many other providers can is the following:
-I am very diligent in food preparation for children with food allergies
-I am experienced in administering an Epi-pen and asthma medication
-home is 100% peanut/nut free environment
-a gluten free and dairy free menu(if requested)
-a very hypoallergic menu served (if required) that can accomodate many allergies and be free from top allergens such as peanuts/nuts, wheat/gluten, dairy, seafood, eggs, sesame seeds, other legumes, corn, soy etc.....
-I also avoid all processed foods high in sugar, artifical flavours and colours, preservatives, MSG
-organic fruits and veggies and organic lunches(upon request)
-I use only natural cleaning products as well as natural soaps and detergents and house is perfume free(no harsh chemicals!)
-pet free and smoke free home
-hepa filters in rooms where kids sleep( great for children with respiratory issues and environmental sensitivities)
*I am passionate about helping children with food allergies since I live with this reality every single day and know exactly how a parent that has a child with food allergies feels and how difficult in is to find a safe home for your allergic child. I am positive that the allergy-friendly environment and menu I provide can help many allergic children see improvment in their symptoms.
*I can also provide a regular menu for children that do not have special dietary needs including 2 healthy snacks and hot lunch
*Please not that if a hypoallergenic menu is required for your child my rate per child is $40.00 per day as organic/hypoallergenic food is much more expensive to purchase

-we also have cirlcle time, stories, arts and crafts, singing and dancing, kareoke, games, dress up, trips to the park, attend local playgroups, have picnics, tobogganing in the winter, lots of summer water activities, pajama and movie days
-we also celebrate each child's birthdays with a party
-themed party days ex.) christmas, easter, halloween etc.
