I'm looking for a family that requires a loving, fun, responsible, caring, trustworthy, flexible, experienced childcare provider. Believe it or not I am all of the above LOL. I have excellent references available and also a recommendation letter.
I understand how traumatic it can be for both the parents and children involved to find a provider that meets your needs and at the same time finding a provider that you feel you can entrust with your children. I have run my own day care for 20 years and also worked as a Nanny. I feel it is very important for the parents and the child provider to have a very open friendly relationship to best meet the needs of the children.
My focus is to teach the children life skills such as respecting others, sharing, being polite, following instructions, responsibility, anger control and problem management. I love to read to the children and don't mind helping them with their homework.
