I have a separate playroom for the children to be able to have fun and enjoy playing and exploring and learning through play experiences.
We read, make crafts, go on walks, parks, splash pad, play in the snow, sing, dance and have a great time!
I like to encourage the children to try things on their own before I will step in to assist them if they need it. I do this to help encourage their independence and self help skills as well as problem solve.
My past experiences include a program director of a before and after school program for 32 children. After having my second child, I decided to stay home and run a home daycare because I enjoy working with children.
