I provide daycare in my home in Mississauga, near Hurontario and Queensway. I have an Early Childhood Education Diploma and have experience with all ages - infants through school age children. I am also the mother of a beautiful 1-year-old boy. In my daycare I strive to mix what I have learned while obtaining my diploma with what I feel is important as a mother. I treat all children as I wish my own to be treated.
Throughout the day I provide age appropriate activities such as indoor play, outdoor play (in my backyard and at a nearby park), music time, story time, and arts and crafts. I focus on both the interests of the children when planning weekly themes and age appropriate activities. I ensure all activities help to enhance the physical, emotional, cognitive, and social development of the children.
I have CPR/First aid training, a completed criminal reference check and I have unanounced monthly health and safety checks completed by a licenced daycare company. I provide nutritious lunch and snacks. I also do drop off and pick up from school at the schools nearby.
