I am a qualified teacher with 5 years experience in Kindergarten and Special Education. After having my children, I decided to create a daycare for children in my own home. I have been providing care to children from infancy to school age for 21 years.
My program is largely play based, but also includes many readiness activities to prepare children for school. I provide a loving and safe environment for the children. We sing songs, read books, do arts and crafts, play outside, and take trips to the neighbourhood park. I pride myself on providing nutritious meals that suit the needs of each individual child. Together, we have fun learning through play!
