Hello! My name is Elise I am a loving mother with previous daycare experience as well as my Level one in childcare. I run a government approved day home and am able to take in subsidized families.With a government approved day home, you as the parent has piece of mind knowing your child is in the safest environment possible. The agency offers monthly check ups to ensure all safety precautions are always in place. As well as work shops to help further my knowledge in childcare.
An activity planner will change every week with new and exciting things planned for your child. These activities will meet all of your child’s dramatic, creative, emotional and physical needs. All activities are planned by myself, but are child directed meaning your child has free expression to play/create how ever he/she likes. Weather permitting we will enjoy the many parks around my house, go for picnics, nature walks, jump rope, and other fun outdoor activities.
I offer healthy meals with limited pre- packaged food. With that, all 4 food groups are incorporated in my meals and 2 in all snacks.
I have 2 play areas, napping room, back yard play space and 3 parks by my home that do not involve crossing any main roads. But on special occasion we may visit nose creek park, as it is a 5 minute walk from my home. I am located on Allen Street (just off Main Street) and extremely close to Fuzzy pickle playschool, The Boys and Girls Club, Muriel Clayton Middle School as well the school bus stops in front of my house.
