I am a stay-at-home mom of 2 children. My youngest is in SK and my eldest is in grade 2 at Agincourt public school. I walk every day to pick them up in the afternoon and we walk home (we live on Whitmore ave just off Iris). We have a few other children that we take care of (ranging from JK to grade 3) and are looking for one more friend to join our gang beginning in September 2013.
We have a fenced-in back yard with a new play structure, a trampoline, lots of toys and space to run, an open area on the main floor to play, and a fully-finished playroom in the basement.
I am CPR/First-Aid certified, I have a current police check, and I am very diligent when it comes to safety. In terms of my background, I have a BA and a diploma in Early Childhood Education. I was also a sparks leader with the Girl Guides.
We always have lots of fun and I will make sure your child is safe and cared for as if she/he were my own. Please let me know if you are looking for after school care. I would be happy to provide references.
