Hello,
My name is Stephanie and I am the proud mother of 2 beautiful children, one boy and one girl. I have been running a full daycare since my first born was 10 months old. That was 5 years ago now :)
I am currently looking to fill 1 spot in my home daycare. I am looking for a part time child 1-2 days a week to share the space with one of my mommies who is pregnant with their 3rd child. Your child would share the space with their daughter who is currently in my care . This space is available for up to one year (sept2017) if you are a mommy on mat leave yourself or a stay at home mom or part time working mom this may work for you and your busy little one :) A great chance to have them integrate and socialize with children of their own age both boys and girls.
Days to choose from are Monday thru Thursday. Any 1 or 2 of those days. Flexible on the ones you choose.
I as a mother understand how hard it can be to find the perfect provider. I offer an environment that is a home away from home for your child. We are located on a quiet street in the Stonebridge area of Half Moon Bay, just a short walking distance to two large ponds and a new park with age appropriate structures.
I offer a fun and loving environment that allows your children to grow and learn through play. Teaching them the skills they require to build healthy loving relationships while creating a great sense of independence and self worth. I want your children to feel excited to join us for the day and proud to tell you all about their adventures at the end of their day.
We are outside as much as the weather allows us, this is extremly important to us. In the warmer months we go on long walks in our great neighbourhood to explore with nature. We have a great sized fenced in backyard with tons of activties and a small play structure. Several neighborhood parks to play at and access to 2 great ponds that the children love to go to, one that offers a splash pad!!.
We do crafts, play music, dancing, sing-alongs, story time, puzzles, baking, blocks,gardening, playdoh, team building activities, quiet play and many more!
All meals and snacks are homemade and as organic as possible while supportting our local farmers. In the summer months, most of our vegetables are from the garder and fruit purchased from local farmers. I offer a full breakfast, lunch and afternoon snack. Milk and water are served daily. No juice.
We are a NUT free and allergy friendly home with no pets, no smoking as well as no pool.
I am fully insured and a registered business. I have Standard CPR with Level C CPR , Police Background checks on both myself and husband and offer excellent references upon request.
