I am a fully qualified elementary teacher with 8 years experience with DSBN. I now run a home daycare that offers an educational program. There will be monthly units suitable for infants/toddlers/preschoolers. Every day children will be exposed to literacy, math, music, crafts, play based learning and more. Monthly newsletters for parents with information about what your child will be learning along with take home activities to extend learning. We have also had an outside music teacher come in weekly to run the sunrise music program, as well as a weekly yoga instructor running a program within the daycare. Depending on the children's interests and age we try to run supplemental programming. We have regular outings that include local parks and the Early Years Center in addition to field trips that supplement our program such as; pumpkin patches, fire halls, ect.

I operate on the school calendar (public system).
