I am the mother of 4 year old son. I have decided to leave my career and open a day home in order to spend more time with my son. I have previous childcare and nanny experience. My first aid/CPR and police clearance are current.
I will be offering breakfast, lunch, and 2 snacks daily (and dinner if required). Meals will be based on Canada’s Food Guide, with limited processed foods.
Main day home area is on the first floor of my home, will lots of natural light.
Separate sleeping area for children. Home is a/c and smoke free.
Fenced back yard, with large sand box and play structure.
We have one small cat that is very child friendly.
Some of the things we will be doing on an average day will include playtime, story time, preschool activities, theme days/activities, music time, puzzles, games, dress up, outdoor time (weather permitting), and quiet time.
Parents will receive a daily report on their child’s day, what they ate, when they slept, etc...
My goal is to provide a happy and safe “home away from home” for your child. |
