I have 1 spot currently available at my dayhome in Summerlyn Village (across from the Home Depot).
Our family's philosophy is that we parent with peace and purpose. I believe in gentle discipline NOT punishment.
I home make all of our meals and snacks from healthy, mostly organic ingredients. There is absolutely NO factory farmed meat or dairy(raised with the use of hormones and antibiotics) in our home. Sometimes I choose local vs organic for our vegetables or fruit depending on availability but I do not compromise on meat or poultry.
I have a LARGE, fully fenced backyard with a playground, sandbox and toys. Inside my home I have a dedicated playroom that is equipped with toys that encourage pretend play and learning.
My dayhome is easy walking distance to the new Bradford Library and I plan weekly visits as well as other educational activities that are age appropriate.
Cloth diapers are welcome as long as you provide me with a wetbag to put dirty diapers in.
About Me: I am an active member in my community! I volunteer with the Newmarket La Leche League offering peer support to breastfeeding moms as well as fundraising. I am a child passenger safety advocate and help parents understand how to use and install their car seats. I'm becoming certified as a Child Passenger Safety Technician to volunteer regularly with St John's Ambulance so that I can continue to help keep kids safe in their parent's cars. I am CPR certified, and have additional training specific to infant/toddler choking and first aid.
Admission conditions
I have a great group of older kids ages 2-5 so I am not accepting infants at this time. Please only contact me if your child is between the ages of 2 and 5 years old.
