Play and Learn Daycare is a well established, professional home daycare. I strive to provide the benefits of both a licensed daycare center while still in a loving and comfortable home setting.
Every child learns differently and has different needs. My program consists of age appropriate developmental activities, indoor/outdoor play, morning/afternoon circle which includes rhymes, songs, stories, fingerplays, abc's and 123's. Your child will get excited about literacy through the use of the "Animated Literacy" program used by the Durham District School Board.
Parents can stay connected by reading their child's daily journal outlining the details of the day, and by reading our theme/topic board. There will also be a four week rotating menu posted filled with healthy meals/snacks. Call or email to book an interview. Thanks for your interest!
