I have approximately 25 years plus of Daycare experience and am the mother of four grown children... I provide a fun filled relaxed atmosphere for your child. I can be flexible with hours depending on your needs. I provide nutritious meals and snacks with the occasional treat of course. In the summer we enjoy going to many local parks and regularly go to Riverside Park to enjoy the splash pad and enjoy picnics at the park. We also enjoy nature trail walks or just walking over to the grocery store or bank for a field trip..I try to limit my daycare enrollment to four children during the daytime with a couple of before and after school children.. We try to enjoy a little fresh air every day even in the winter even if it's just l0 or l5 minutes at bus time. During the school season we regulary attend the Ontario Early Years Playgroups at either the Arena or the old Carambeck School. I have a large assortment of toys and a nice playroom in my home for indoor play. I also have a fenced in backyard for outdoor play. I live in the Mississppi Manor Subdivision. Our indoor activities consist of simple crafts, colouring, painting, drawing and our favourite playdough. We enjoy reading stories and listening, singing and dancing to music. For the children who no longer sleep we have a movie time in the afternoon or some kind of down time with stories, puzzles or colouring or just chatting to each other.
