My First Steps is a home-based daycare dedicated to providing quality child care by nurturing discovery, curiosity and learning. The weekly program challenges and encourages children to use their immagination as they learn through play , grow socially and develop their fine and gross motor skills.
Your child will be involved in a variety of indoor and outdoor activities. At My first Steps we will take walks to neighborhood parks, including out local water park during the summer. Weather premiting, your child will spend 2 hours a day outdoors. Indoor activities include storytime,creative arts and crafts , mathematics,reading and science discovery activities.
Children at My First Steps Daycare will be served morning snack, a healthy nutritious lunch, an afternoon snack as well as a late afternoon snack if needed. Weekly program plans and menus will be posted and available for parents to view. My first Steps Daycare is easily accessible by TTC and is close to Highways 407 and 401.
I have my ECE diploma I graduated from Cenntenial Collage. I have 4 years expeience as an ECE I have my CPR and First Aid trainning. I have also worked with children's with special needs I have expeience with all age groups. Any refrences are available upon request. I have full-time and part-time space available.
