Your Children will be in good hands. I have two small children of my own; one will be attending JK in September. I offer discounted prices for more than one child. My hours are 7:30-6pm. Prices are as follows,
Full day- $30 per day
Half day-$20 per day
Extended hours -$5 per extra hour
Two or more children -$20 per child per day
I will be closed down for 3 weeks out of the year, two weeks in the summer and 1 week at Christmas. If your child is ill, they won’t be allowed into the daycare as they risk getting the other children sick as well. This will include
• Coughing, Sneezing, Runny noses
• Vomiting
• Diarrhea
• Fever
• Some other illness’s like pink eye
If child is young and is still in diapers, diapers and wipes must be provided to the daycare on a regular basis. If your child still uses a bottle and or drinks formula please also provide that to the daycare. It’s the parent’s responsibility to provide sunscreen, a hat and swimwear in the summer months and snowsuit, hats, boots and mittens in the winter months. Also an extra pair of clothes is to be left at my house in case of an accident.
We will take trips to the local park which is located down the street. Ontario Early Years Centre is another place we will visit. It allows the children to interact as well as learn some new things.
Each meal will be made by the Canadian Food Guide Standards. A meal plan will be posted for the parents to see.
Children who are not in school will be required to take a nap or have quiet time (down time) every day between 12:30 and 2.
I have a fully fenced in back yard for the children to play in the afternoon on warmer days.
Rates are to be paid weekly or bi-weekly by cheque, email money transfer or cash. Forms will be signed at the time of contract. Contract will request Emergency contact info, parent contact info, child health card number and allergies of child. Also a form will be signed giving myself consent to take your child out of our house. Deposit is required to be paid at time of agreement. (amount will be determined on pay schedule ex. Weekly then one week is deposit) If your child is not at the daycare for reasons (vacation) you are still required to pay entire week.
Tax receipt will be issued to each parent twice a year. And one will be issued in January of each year with total amount paid in the prior year.
