I do not provide baby sitting, but rather, my daycare is more like a nursery school. Studies have proven that children learn best through play, in an environment that they feel safe in. I encourage the growth of the whole child, emotionally, physically and intellectually.
We enjoy indoor and outdoor play time, circle time,reading time, age appropriate activities, arts and crafts, nap time if your child needs it and so much more.
Like a nursery school, I include educational elements through play based activities, to encourage your child to be well prepared for their next step into school. They will learn to read, to print, good manners and so much more.
I provide hot and nutrious home made meals and snacks that are peanut-free. I have a large fenced backyard and live in a court.
I am a Mother of 4 school age children. I have been providing day care for the past 10 years and have many happy families who would gladly share their stories of care as references.
I also provide before and after school care the schools in my area are St. Thomas, Mary Hopkins and Flamborough Centre.
