Philosophy / Mission Statement:
Secret Garden Group Daycare Center has a goal which is to provide a service to families where children can be cared for in a safe, stimulating and loving environment. This Center recognizes each child as a unique individual and offers daily activities which meets each childs needs on a social, emotional, physical and intellectual level. Social skills are learned through routine and structure which helps to develop a childs confidence and self-esteem. Creativity and imagination are encouraged along with respect for others. Childhood is a magical time and at Secret Garden Group Daycare children learn and play together in a loving atmosphere.
Program Highlights:
In this In-home Group Center, with a Pre-School program provided, children grow and develop daily. Activities include: Two snacks and a Lunch, Circle Time, Arts & Crafts, Show & Tell, Music & Movement and lots of fresh air with Outside Playtime. Special activities include: Field Trips (Pumpkin Patch, Charlotte Diamond Concert, Children's Festival, etc,) Baking, Birthday Parties and Swimming Lessons at Southarm in the Summer. |
