My name is Irene Sandoval, I am the mother of a 3 year old boy. I have studied Early Childhood Education and have over 10 years of experience as a teacher. I provide the highest level of child care by incorporating positive daily experiences for your child. In addition, I am also Standard First Aid CPR certified and am well equipped to look after your child.
My program offers nutritious meals (including morning snacks, lunch, and afternoon snacks) , field trips, outdoor activities, Spanish lessons, and monthly newsletters. Plus, the Handwriting Without Tears award winning Get Set for School preschool curriculum that uses hands-on activities, music, and child friendly teaching strategies to help young learners get ready for Kindergarten.
Get Set for School includes three complete programs designed to prepare children for school: Readiness & Writing, Language & Literacy, and Numbers & Math. Each of these programs will teach different techniques that children need for developing school skills.
After 10 years of teaching I have come to realize that the best form of education for a child is in a home environment where I can provide individualized attention and form a well rounded human being.
