I have been running a home daycare for 22 years. I started doing daycare when my son was born (now 22 years of age) and have loved every minute of it. I am very fortunate to have a job that is so gratifying and still excites me after all these years. Our day is filled with art, music, academics and fun. Each week we are on an adventure learning about dinosaurs or galaxies or life under the sea. Currrently I have had the same families with me for the past 5 years and we have definitely become a daycare family. I will be having 2 openings starting September 2012. I provide 2 nutritious snacks and a hot lunch. My home is located near 2 parks and a library. My backyard is fenced in with a swing set, little tikes bikes and other outdoor toys. Indoors there is an area that is used solely for the daycare that is equipped with a kitchen, bathroom, play area and tv area. I am also located near Mother Cabrini Catholic School and children have direct busing, pickup from my house to the school.
