We only have a spot for part time (2 days a week) for 24 months and up on Mon and Thus because we have a part timer who comes on Tue, Wed and Fri. Please inquire about the fee as I charge differently for different age groups.
We are located in the Parkway Forest & Forest Manor neighbourhood (401 & DVP/404), quietly off the main streets. We are insured and First Aid, CPR + AED certified. We issue monthly receipt and daily report.
About me:
I am an energetic stay home mom of a two and half year old son. I am bilingual in Cantonese and English. I am a graphic designer by trade and I use my creative energy toward parenting. I am big on good manners, a child will have 'Corner/Quiet time' for bad behaviour and I use positive reinforcement to help each child to develop good behaviour and habits.
Schedule and structure. There is a time for everything so our day is predictable for you and your child. We use various materials to encourage children to learn and explore. These materials includes educational games, puzzles, iTouch/iPad (for 18 months and up - toddler educational apps) and DVDs such as Baby Einstein, Dora, Wiggles, etc. There will also be plenty of reading, drawing, craft, and music throughout the week.
About our home care:
It is pet and smoke free. Located on the main floor (entire living room) of the house with easy access to the backyard to play when weather is permitted.
We are in tune with a child's milestone from infant to 4 year old and work hard to help each child achieve his/her step. We serve breakfast, lunch, and 2 snacks (following the Canadian Food Guide) throughout the entire day. Our door opens for you from 6:45am to 6pm. We are not strict on late pick up but we do need notice if running late.
