Okay, I've googled this and can't seem to find anything about it. I was changing my 15 month old today, and he had a BRIGHT ORANGE smear in it. It honestly looked like marker. It was orange like an organe popsicle. There were no crystals that I could see. Does anyone know what this could be?:o

Haha, kangaroomama is right, think back on what your child ate in the past 24ish hours. It's most likely food. Are you sure he didn't eat some crayon? Ewwwww!
