What to charge for before and after school

I have been asked to watch a boy before and after school, 5 days a week. He will come for about an hour in the morning and an hour and a half after school. I had originally told the mom that i would charge him $15 a day. I would be giving him breakfast in the AM, take him back and forth to the bus stop and a snack in the PM.
In your opinion, is $15 a day a fair rate to charge? Am i over/undercharging? If it makes any difference, i am just outside Toronto.
I used to care for a boy just after school for an hour and a half and his parents paid $10 a day, not sure if this sways your opinion.

I also charge $15/day for before and after school care, but I do not provide breakfast (just an after school snack). In fact, I would not provide before and after school care at all if I didn't already have to walk my own daughter to and from the bus. As soon as she is old enough to make the walk down the street herself, that will be done with!

I have to walk my son back and forth to the bus too. So far, i haven't minded the before and after school care. I have been grateful for it because all i had was that and one part timer the last 2 months of school.

I charge $15 for either before or after care, and $25 for both.
