Daycare Music

i'm always on the lookout for music. My best find so far is Patty Shukla. I got both her cds and they're great. but im on the search again cause we've over listened to them. any ideas from others would be great!

On my cable tv there are several music channels and when my daycare children and I dance we switch from the Reggae channel to the Techno station to the Latin beats. I have them in my remote as 'favourites' so I can flip back and forth when necessary. But they are completely bored with the children's music station. These kids are so funny!

I know some people put soft music on for naptime but I found that the children sleep much better with just a fan running for white noise. It keeps the outside noises from waking them I think.

i do the same, I go to toddler tunes or kids music. they love to dance!!! and sure beats sitting a staring at the tv. nothing to stare at with the music channels, they just go about their day dancing and playing together!!
