On my website I put up a sample menu, a little bit about myself. Here take a look at mine if you wish. http://monkeydoodles.webs.c om

I am only at the first page too but mine is more about time than anything else. I would like to include a page about me and my philosophy, samples of what we do all day, sample menus, anything that lets parents get a glimpse into your day so they know if they want to be a part of it.

Mine is a labor of love and is definitely a reflection of my 'knowledge is power' philosophy cause my website basically has EVERYTHING on it for those clients who like detail but its laid out in a way that you can read the Coles Notes versions or click for more info depending on your desire ;)
I designed my website to be both for the purpose of advertizing for clients as well as an educational resource for Reggio inspired curriculum for those goggling info on that ~ as a result I get a lot of people who contact me via my website more to network / brainstorm about their transition to emergent play~based programming than just clients seeking childcare.
I have a the following pages on my sidebar:
Welcome ~ brief overview of what you will find on the website and the above explanation that the site serves as both an advertizing of my program and a resource
Location page ~ do not give an exact location but major intersection and than a bit about the house / program features
Hours of Operation page ~ aka hours, holidays observed, vacation policies and so forth
Fee Structure page ~ includes fee break down of fees and a sample contract outlining all the financial commitments
Spaces Available page~ breakdown of current enrollment, current openings and ideal age groups being recruited for and information on where to find daycare if I do not meet their needs
My Mission Statement page ~ why I choose to do what I do with links for more info on my curriculum and early learning philosophy
About the Provider ~ little bit about me with links to my resume, diploma and other credentials that might be a selling feature
Program Tidbits page ~ this page has links to more information on providing a positive learning environment - aka behavior guidance and management practices , the daily schedule, physical activity statement, my nutrition philosophy and menu, health & safety & illness policies, communication, progress and development monitoring as well as an educational page of choosing childcare and the different options available with links to government websites and a checklist for choosing quality childcare.
Virtual Tour page ~ photo tour of the program and various learning domains being mastered in action
Testimonials Page ~ snippets from letters of reference
Members page ~ password protected section for clients
More on Reggio inspired curriculum ~ links and resources
