Had a new family starting today, all lined up for arrival at 11am, not here......waited for a while....no-show. How rude. Can't wait until they call later to say "sorry something came up, will try again next week". (one day a week for classes at comm college down the road) Was already doing a favor, because I don't so less than three days a week, and don't do late drop offs either. Go figure, willing to go above and beyond for people and they can't even call to let you know things changed or something came up! No won't try again..... go somewhere else, thank you!

Yeah, I had that happen a while back....when I was desperate for clients no less. It was a spot for 2 kids. Needless to say, I was more than a little annoyed. Sorry to hear that happened. Incredibly rude! I wonder if you'll hear from them again?

That's horrible. Who books their kids into daycare and then doesn't show up. What a horrible impression to make.

I am always on time for appointments and invites. Can't stand the thought of someone waiting for me and inconviencing them as I myself wouldn't like it so I can't understand the mentality of a person who would just do a no show.......it's just sooooo rude!

I would certainly keep the deposit for my inconvenience.
