My own kid! ugh!

the other night he was sitting reading to me and i noticed he was holding the book really close to his face.

I talked to his teacher (he is in 1st grade) and she had noticed some issues (why she did not think to talk to me is another issue).

Took him to the eye doc and lo and behold.. the kid could hardly see!

Aw, it's really good that you noticed the problem with your son's eyes and took immediate action. I have a friend who has a son with really thick glasses and he's so cute.

My daughter needed glasses in grade 1. She had them for two years, her sight improved and now she doesn't need them. Yearly eye exams are so important, glad you discovered your son's problem Mama of 4:)
