Just wondering if anyone has any advice on suggestions I can give parents to help them prepare their little one for daycare? I would like to draft a standard list of suggestions that I provide to new clients.
Thanks!

I just found this thread, which has great tips by mom-in-alberta: http://www.daycarebear.ca/forum/showthread.php/819-Suggestions-for-parents-to-help-their-child-transition-into-group-daycare

Anyone else have any suggestions?

This is on my to-do list too! So far I have (in no specific order) 1) have the child get on dc schedule 2)help them to develop self soothing techniques (let them CIO) 3) encourage indep by not picking up right away.

I started another thread a while back on this same topic and it is titled .... Suggestions for parents to help their child transition Into group care ...... If you scroll to the bottom of this page it will probably be there under "similar threads"
